New orders, order changes, cancellations, product, stock and customer edits appear on this page by themselves. Shiprocket status changes are picked up automatically every few seconds.
- Shopify Admin > Settings > Apps and sales channels > Develop apps > your app > API credentials.
- Copy the API secret key and paste it into
shopify_webhook_secretinconfig.php. - Upload the project to your live HTTPS domain, open this tab and press Enable live sync. Shopify then pushes every change to
webhook.php. - On localhost (XAMPP) Shopify cannot reach your computer, so the dashboard automatically falls back to fast polling. It still updates without any refresh.
Address expert (Gemini)
- Create a key at aistudio.google.com/apikey and paste it into
gemini_api_keyinconfig.php. - Open Orders > New and press Fix addresses. Orders are checked one by one. Every result is saved in
data/address_fixes.json, so an order is never checked twice. - Address corrected = Gemini improved it. Address OK = nothing to change. Call customer = too unclear or conflicting (for example the PIN does not match the city), phone the customer from the order window and press Confirmed by call.
- The corrected address is saved here. Press Apply to order to also write it into Shopify and Shiprocket.
- The instructions Gemini follows are in
address_prompt.txt. You can edit that file any time.
Setup
- Keep all files in one folder:
index.html, style.css, app.js, api.php, address.php, address_prompt.txt, config.php, realtime.php, webhook.php, events.php. - Fill in your Shopify and Shiprocket keys in
config.php. - On XAMPP, open
http://localhost/Shiprocket_Shopify/index.html.
Security: This dashboard has no login. Run it only on your own computer (localhost), or protect the folder with a password (cPanel > Directory Privacy) if you host it publicly. Anyone who knows the URL could otherwise edit your store. Never share config.php.
Matching: The Shiprocket Channel Order ID must be the same as the Shopify order number (for example 1001).
